The consumer who has bought a Clever-home can freely enjoy:

New Clever-home owners will receive a comprehensive Welcome Pack that includes a complete background on the Clever-home installation, its current capabilities and how these could be expanded in the future. The pack will also contain instruction manuals for any equipment, such as TV or audio.

It may be that you would prefer to let your client decide at the outset the level of equipment that is provided and installed prior to them moving in. If so, we have a dedicated online product selector that allows the client to build an individual product ‘shopping list’ while keeping an eye on budget.

Each of your clients will have a personalised and dedicated page on the Clever-home website. This will detail what equipment is currently in the property, its specifications, how it all works, and includes a helpline number should the client require further assistance.
