How much does it cost?

We’ve worked hard to achieve wholesale status with all of our manufacturers. This means that you will pay the same price as you would if you bought from your usual suppliers, but with lots of added value - not least that we’re a one-stop-shop; we offer design, training and installation expertise, and help you realise new revenue streams.

The modular nature enables the components of Clever-home to be added in ‘packages’, allowing the developer and home buyer to simply select which technology feature they require and add it onto the costing. The simple Clever-home packages are bulk-bought from our manufacturers, allowing us to pass on even more discount to you.

Clever-home do however realise that all homes and indeed home buyers’ expectations vary; that’s why each design can be based on standard packages, but then added to as required. Clever-home can supply everything, from the cables right through to furniture with motorised TV lifts.

The additional packages can be bought by you and sold on for a profit to the homeowner as part of the house sale (so can therefore be part of the mortgage), or we can sell directly to the new homeowner for whom we can offer finance, if required.

And with our sister company - Clever Association, who have 15 years’ experience in home technology - we also keep abreast of the constantly evolving technologies, making sure we use the right equipment for the job. Clever-home constantly reviews this product pricing to make sure we are offering excellent value for money.

Design fees

A Clever-home standard design fee includes:

• Technology design
• Structured cabling schematics (overlaid on electrical plans)
• Individual cable labels
• Training of your installation team
